my card is HD 7870, the card is outdated and does not support DX12, but do you have the opportunity to fix it?
is it possible to make the game work on DX11?
I tried entering -d3d11 into the startup parameters.
but it doesn't work.

It won't work with that card. And if that's the card you have your CPU is likely not strong enough either. Sorry man. Get a refund.

Keep the money and buy a new graphics card , that is insane that you still own such a ancient piece but i respect it.

Okay, thanks for the advice.
But the card can still render 30 fps in many games until ~2019 year.
It's not that bad.
