I only did three things, all of which I found in this thread. First, I disabled MSI Afterburner. Then, I also turned off NVIDIA Reflex. Lastly, I capped my FPS at 90 to try and reduce CPU usage.
Apparently, as mentioned here, the game reloads shaders during gameplay—it’s pretty obvious when it happens—and if your FPS is too high, the CPU might get overloaded at those moments. That’s just a theory. I don’t know if one of these changes specifically fixed the issue, but I did all three at once, and I haven’t had any crashes since.

Going to try and do an uninstall and look for to see if my GPU is overheating which I doubt it cause all my other games work and run properly with no issues.
