Keep crashing on high end PC

I'm getting smooth 150 fps on MAX settings, and 120 1% lows, but I can't play at all because of the crashes, tried installing 566 driver, keeps crashing, reverted back to 572.83, tried turning msi afterburner off, didn't help, tried -dx11 in launch options didn't help either, idk what to do at this point.

same still crash..

Update GPU driver to the new one : 576.02

There is a HUGE list of fixes in this new driver, quite a few related to crashes and BSOD's.

hate too say it your gpu may be good but if your on pci 2 or 3.. you prob just glitching like a potato cause its not pcie 5

i have same configs, and same problems :( , What I noticed is that if you don't use any Nvidia technology in the game settings, it takes longer for the error to appear, but it still appears.

7800x3D - rog strix 4080 super - 32Go ram 6000

130 fps without DLSS or frame generation, run smooth BBBBBUUUUUUTTTT i can play 5-10 min and my PC crash, literaly, not even a blue screen, the PC just crash and reboot
and the game recompile shader everytime i launch it

Used to run fine before but after the latest update it just crashes every time. every other game is fine except this one. I just can't figure out why.

I might add this, I have a 4080 with an i9 1900k. I've tried every possible "fix" in this discussion with no success, but i underclocked my CPU from 5.5 to 5.3 with Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, and zero crashes from the point where you start playing as abby, the pregnant girl and that other dude till the end of the game and with every setting max, hope it helps someone :) with 572.83 nvidia driver

Guys, if you are GPU overlocked (or even CPU o/ced), make sure the OC is stable. Try lowering the GPU OC , bit by bit and see where you play without crashing.

I get this damn error every time I start the game (0x887A0006: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG). I've only played 10 hours. buying a game and not being able to play it is really sad

Get used to it, 3 years since uncharted was released and it still has this problem bud.

On my side, the only way to play without crashes, is to DISABLE DLSS and REFLEX; Otherwise, CTD.

Im convinced AMD's **** driver (25.3.2) for 7900xtx, is the reason I can only play 10 minutes at a time of this game.

Other factors may be involved. I'm using an RX 7900 XTX and Adrenalin 25.3.2 driver, and not a single crash.

I read on another thread that disabling reflex fixed it, I tried it today and the game was stable and has not crashed.

I disable reflex and dlss and put TAA, full screen mod not exclusive one and also disable HAGS in windows and today I played 6 hours and finished the game no crash I will test more and see but it looks like it has to do with theses nvidia settings that makes the gpu unstable and crash or some weird behavior ! !

Hate to say it, but you are completely wrong. PCIe 3 vs PCIe 5 is maybe ~2% difference for GPU.

Only real difference in speed is for NVMe. Thats when the bandwidth really shows.
