Nah bruh, if other games work fine with my undervolt and OC profiles and only this game crashes , then it's the game fault, not my hardware. Devs fix your ♥♥♥♥ !!!
Btw I already tried with stock hardware settings and still crashing...
Hi, thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback.
If you are encountering a pop-up with this error after a game crash, it means that your graphics card is unresponsive. Device hangs can happen for a variety of reasons.
When you are encountering random device hang crashes, this could be related to a wide range of factors, including outdated or corrupted drivers, software conflicts, overclocking, overheating or hardware instability.
If you are experiencing reproducible device hang crashes, for example during a specific part of a game, or consistently while a specific effect is displayed, the crash may be related to corrupted game files, hardware incompatibility or a bug.
Troubleshooting crashes
To troubleshoot crashes, try making changes to your system and game settings to see if that changes the behavior. We recommend the following steps:
Perform a clean installation of your graphics drivers.
Lower the graphics preset.
Change the display mode or resolution.
Disable optional features such as frame generation.
Disable software running in the background, including overlay software.
Revert any overclocking settings to default.
Verify the integrity of the game files.
If the crash is consistently reproducible after applying the above, to help us identify potential bugs, please include as much information as possible and share details on the steps you have taken. Make sure to include your game log, DxDiag, crash dump and save files to help us with our investigation.
The Last of Us Part II.log (text file)
Save file where the issue is occurring
DxDiag.txt
How to find your log file
Go to your Windows Documents folder. Here, you will find a folder named The Last of Us Part II, which holds a text file named The Last of Us Part II.log. Also, check if there are any .mdmp files in there. If so, please attach the latest ones. The save files are located in a subfolder with a long number or a combination of letters and numbers.
On English Windows systems, you can copy and paste the line below into your file explorer. It should take you directly to where the log, crash dumps and save files are located.
%userprofile%\documents\The Last of Us Part II
How to create a DxDiag.txt
Press the Windows key on your keyboard or use the Windows search function. Type dxdiag and press enter. This will open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool. From the main screen, press Save All Information to save a DxDiag.txt file.
Please attach all of the files in a reply to this email.

I'm getting smooth 150 fps on MAX settings, and 120 1% lows, but I can't play at all because of the crashes, tried installing 566 driver, keeps crashing, reverted back to 572.83, tried turning msi afterburner off, didn't help, tried -dx11 in launch options didn't help either, idk what to do at this point.
