Sound is SUPER choppy
The sound is very quiet, and super choppy. Sounds awful. Tried various settings. Updated some drivers, even my BIOS. Nothing helps the sound of this game. I'd say it'm my system, or speakers...if the YouTube video I was watching didn't play perfectly, which it did.

Ryzen 9700X, Gigabyte X870E Pro, SteelSeries Arena 9.

I am having the same issue, sound is very quiet and drops out here and there. This happens on my speakers and headphones. I also get stuttering like a lot in transitional areas.

Same issue, sounds cut every x seconds, it's annoying + stuttering
I think i found the solution. Change texture quality down to medium. I am sure the real culprit is one of the options under the texture quality screen, but in the meantime lowering it from very high to high has solved my stuttering in transitional spots.

Nope, didn't fix my issues. Happens even when the PlayStation logo starts, that even sounds choppy. Then sitting on the title screen with the boat, the waves sound choppy.

So, it only happens when I select 5.1 or 7.1. Mono, stereo, and 3D spacial all sound fine. Sadly, all those settings just play in stereo. I want the full surround sound. I didn't buy these speakers to NOT have surround sound 😂.
that's a bummer, at those lower setting the transitional scenes still stutter for me but its way less. Sound even with spatial audio on still drops out every so often for me.
