How is it on the steam deck?

As the title says. I have a slow internet connection so I won't know for 12 hours or so.

Following. If I had to guess, with settings on low 20-30fps

Playable 30 or so from what I have seen. About the same on ROG Ally.

720p @ 30 fps . looks fine to me for what steam deck could handle. But probably still jittery.
