Random FPS counter?

So when I got to the part where Joel saves Abby, this weird yellow FPS counter showed up on the top left corner, anyone know how to disable it?

I accidentally discovered a keyboard shortcut shift alt f

The game has performance metrics in the options menu somewhere. Probably enabled it by accident.
