Stuck in a black screen

I have gtx 1650 laptop . Every time i start a new game and exactly after i select the difficulty i get stuck in a black screen instead of loading the game . I tried everything. Help .

Check Windows Security's Controlled Folder Access functionality and under it its Block History=> Allow the tlou2 exe to save to your Documents.
