im getting the same issue on rx 7900 xtx 5900x purple pink flickering textures i have latest drivers
I'm using older drivers only compatible with older cards (566.45hotfix) for stability and i don't have this issue. But i'm surprised how DLSS Quality looks so bad in this game, DLAA is working fine though.

your pc is to slow. you need better hardware.

Why would you use DLSS when you own an RTX 5090 or 4090? Just play at your monitor's native resolution.

you have to turn on DLSS to use DLAA... without DLSS it uses TAA which actually makes things look worse
game has flickering issues. Doesn't matter what gpu you have, Digital Foundry and few other PC reviews out there right now already noted it. Also has smearing effect with blood in certain areas.

You using HDR? That's probably the problem.

Hdr is not problem. Flickerin is worst in dlss also dlaa is helping but not removing flickering.

These latest nvidia drivers are crap.
I had same issues.
All fixed by manual replacing dlss files (DLSS and FG) to lastest DLSS4 in folder \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\The Last of Us Part II\

RTX 5090, drivers 572.83

I play with HDR, 5160x2160 (DLDSR) , DLAA, MFG 4X
