I'm not sure that the 25.3.2 fixed it or the third start but it works now.

The devs literally recommend the latest AMD driver 23.3.2, update to it

Instant crash during opening cut-scene for me as well. DXGI error. Nvidia/Intel.

The unpack speed depends on your cpu and ssd. I have 7600x and an extremely fast m2 ssd

I also have an NVMe m.2, what is direct storage enabled option?

My CPU was being used only 20-30% and I got a pretty good rig and disk usage was around 60-80%
