Install AMD Adrenalin Edition 25.3.2 Optional Update
When playing The Last of Us Part II Remastered on a AMD Radeon RX graphics card, make sure to install optional driver version 25.3.2, which contains optimizations for the game.

To install this driver, follow the steps in this AMD support article to update to 25.3.2.[www.amd.com]
