Hoping this runs better than Part 1
I have a pretty old setup. RTX 2070 Super as GPU. I'm hoping this one wont be as VRAM intensive as the Part 1 remake was. That port seemed botched at launch (runs okay now).

Seems like Mid-Range gets shafted with these ps5 games haha.

it's not that taxing on the vram. it's using the ps4 textures. you should get pretty stable ~60 fps out of that 2070S if your cpu can handle the framerate. :)
TLoU Part II Remastered is still effectively a PS4 game, very little changed with the remaster over the original game graphically. The specs seem pretty bloated when taking that into consideration. So it should be less demanding than even Part I, which was an actual PS5 game made for PS5, but we'll see.

It mostly comes down to whether or not the PC port will be in good shape at launch. This port is being primarily handled by Nixxes instead of Iron Galaxy, though Iron Galaxy is still involved. So it should be in a better state. But with how Spider-Man 2 launched, even saying that is 50/50.

I hope my ryzen 7950 3D, 64 gigs of ram and my 4080 super can run this on low. :\

If the first game's release was anything to go by, you will get 60 fps on 1080p, but you will also need DLSS on Performance and Frame Gen on.

They took patches to fix what was a disaster at launch for TLOU 1. Nobody wants to go thru that again with TLOU 2.

Yes the performances and crashes were awful at launch but now it's very playable if you have decent hardware.

RTX 2060 here...but Days Gone & TLOU1 runs "1 year of patches after release" very well.

They have an interview talking about the PC port. might turn out OK. Usually if it's a bad port like Spiderman 2, they just drop it silently to avoid bad press
