Anyone worried about this port?

I’m curious to know if anyone else is concerned that this port will be just as disappointing as The Last of Us Part I was during lunch.

Yup, I'm definitely waiting. The first game was a performance nightmare at launch, and it still is. I doubt this will be any better.

The game was finished for over a year. They delayed it just so they can sell it while Season 2 of the show airs. So I think the port will run perfectly fine. TLOU 1 ran perfectly on my system too. No worries lol

It seems to me that Nixxe has a reputation for making good PC ports. Maybe we'll be lucky enough to get a stable, well-optimized day one game, we'll see.

Not too worried considering that a lot of the other bad ports that came out recently worked well for me. They would have to mess up extremely bad to make it not work on my PC

It might be a bit poopy at the start, but, The Last of Us Part 1 is in pretty good shape now. I'm sure they'll be on it like brown on rice.

Nixxes is known for having good ports and all of the games they have ported run flawlessly for me. (RTX 2060, I5 8400) BTW part 1 wasnt ported by them.

No, just google, and you will find sources telling you that it's been finished since 2023. They just waited with the launch for PC to align it with the second season on HBO.

it's PC, you should assume the port will be bad and will be fixed 1 year later. If not, then nice.

actually I'm not because I'm on AMD now and assume that a PS5 port should run well on AMD cards. Let's hope!
