Parsec and/or Moonlight+Sunshine setup guide?

Anyone have a more "please explain to me like I am 5" guide to set this up with Parsec or Moonlight+Sunshine? I have been seeing general guides on youtube and the like but they don't go into the specifics I need, like does every person involved need parsec or does every person involved need sunshine and/or moonlight? I need a more straight forward guidance rather than general detail.
