Playing on easiest difficulty

The rounds levels are easy (as they were when you initially came here earlier in the game and I ground out up to level 50).

The bosses/true boss parts of each floor are my undoing.

I have 7000 health yet they do single hits for 20k plus

I'm bored of grinding and if it wasn't needed to master the skills I wouldn't bother but come on I'm on the easiest difficulty and I'm level 100.

Any sensible tips other than "get good"

Monitor their attack Patterns when you fight them. Veigue's easy to spot, just have to figure out which pattern is which. Playing keepaway with someone like Hubert or Malik is the easiest way to go. But do not, and I repeat, DO NOT, let him get to your healer, because if you didn't set up the AI's strategy properly, he'll kill them in 3 seconds, especially if he uses Phantom Dragon Dash.

Amber's a rushdown girl, she'd rush you down and combo you then hit you with a nasty fire spell. Have Sophie focus on her since she has the highest EVA naturally.

Reala's the first and most terrible threat of the three. She has all of Malik's earth spells and she can inflict stone on anyone, but her melees are easily avoidable. Pascal can run her down provided you can get in close enough. Never let Cheria do anything but heal, because you're playing a war of attrition. Use that hourglass you're given to freeze them during Eleth Break, as all three of their MAs can kill (even on Easy), but Reala's is bad 'cause it WILL hit everyone.

When you fight them as all 3, set up your attackers to focus different targets, and have Cheria set to heal. Focus Reala down, but be warned due to the way this game's enemy AI works, you WILL get jumped eventually. If you're playing as Cheria, use your A combo before you cast your heals to speed it up.

I don't think I'm on these bosses/these may be the master class ones?

I'm doing the ones after each floor where you do approx 5 rounds then fight a 6 boss on the roof?

Also only allowed to pick one charcter and fight them individually.

Ah, yeah, I was on the Master Class.

If you're talking just the mooks on the specific floors, they're mostly not too hard if you abuse your B artes that do crowd control. And if you're Level 100, you shouldn't have any trouble at all! Are you talking about Zhonecage or Riot Peak challenge? 'cause I beat it at level 65 with 80% of my titles at max or level 5 with Asbel.

I'm at warriors peak, you go up the stairs, speak to the girl at the desk, you have a list of floors to choose from or master class. I'm doing all the floors 1, 6, 11, etc the rounds part of the challenge has been easy since we first came here in like chapter 3 however one you beat the rounds it gives you a surprise boss fight. These surprise bosses are where I'm struggling. Especially the last floor boss as it costs 60k gald to try and I'm dying in less than 5 seconds...

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that you were confusing those warriors peak trial. Every single round you do counted as 5 floor. If you started from the beginning and finished the first battle, the next battle is the 6th floor, next is the 11th floor, etc. There is no surprise boss, the only boss you will fight is the top floor boss, no matter which round you started at.

Regarding the high damage, are you sure you didn't have the 2x and 5x damage turned on from the grade shop? That affect both you and the enemies. Since I never seen the warriors peak boss able to deal that much damage, unless if they were using mystic artes.
