-anyway to fast unlock costume ?
-where to equip Attachments (example is cat ears , tail) ?

There's some DLC included in the game that grant titles that will let you unlock costumes as well as DLC that gives you costumes that you can apply without needing to earn them via titles. There's also DLC for attachments as well. Costumes and attachments can be equipped by going into the status section of the camp menu.

Assuming you haven't played a Tales game before, DLC can be used by going to the DLC category in the items section of the camp menu.
