OK Quest have you even checked the other discussions all talking about this, it's been said a fair few times.

IT'S A BUG!

We don't know what it is for (The DLC or more content for everyone) but if you have the DLC and check the other descriptions you will know that if you want to find it you just need to go to the game install location, and there is a folder for it in there. I can't recall off the top of my head what it is called and I don't have the DLC myself to check.

Might be a photo galley you unlock the photos in yer and might have some other things too, but that is what I am thinking.
