You find Orochi in the brother. And the Spider is in the barrier cave behind the violet door.

Edit: After Demon Research Questline (Which I just completed after learning you have to sleep 7 days, over and over to finish it... I would have found this on my one otherwise.) They'll on the north side of the penultimate floor of the watch tower, and north side of the "Shrine Outside" area inside the Blood Moon Castle Shrine. Thanks Jameskb31
