Can you beat the game if you get pregnant and lose your ability. How do you unlock sexual acts

You won't lose your magic girl powers if you will give birth to animals or demons, only to humans. I'm not sure if you can beat the game with losing your magic girl powers from giving birth to a human baby, but why not? As long as you can beat your enemies, this should do the trick.
To unlock sexual acts you need to install H-patch :)
Easiest sexual acts are pushing yourself throught a hole in the wall in the Underground City, get drunk in the Underground City bar, or read the sign at the house for sale in the Underground City, go to the seller and agree to work for 10 days in the brothel. With 300 Lewdness you'll be able to hoe yourself to the most of characters, including seducing the guards.

I'd say no since you got to lvl 1, can't level up or even wear any equipment. I tried for fun on my first playthrough just to see what happened, and then reloaded my savefile xD

Edit: Maybe if you can become a witch after the fact, I can see people saying they don't lose their powers, but I haven't tried this myself

Edit 2: Got curious and tried to see how much of the game you can play. I found that you can regain the ability to gain stills by talking to the third vendor underground, but still not XP.

I did discover a bug to level up when you discover checkpoints (I'm lvl 6 after I activated 4) but I can see from further testing that attributes does now go up, from lvl up in this state.

You also sometimes get stat boosters when you steal from people which does affect you, so that is a way to get around not being able to equip anything, but it's a grind.

Right now my biggest problem is finding a demon to get her pregnant for the demon birth requirement to become a witch, the ones in Barrier Cave like to restrain but that's it.

So right now it's a maybe...

I've killed that boss so many times and wondered what the heart meant but never thought anymore about it than that xD

It's at the Sarian Ruins for anybody else wondering, bring a high level lockpick for the door xD
