Please help this is frustrating the hell out of me.

You unlock it by telling the Demon Receptionist (past the Gate of Evil) that you intend to destroy everything. The enemy that has the stone comes up very early after entering.

Yes, you do, and you may have to do some battles as well, so be prepared.
