Evil Ending

I want to do the evil ending on my 1st playthrough so my questions are:
How to get the evil ending?
Is it alright to join the guild for the evil ending?
Is Devil Witch Konoha needed for the evil ending?
Can I kill the lords after completing their quests?

Devil Witch is necessary, as that is the corrupted Konoha. Otherwise talk with the demon receptionist and say you want to join the demons. He'll either let you in right away, or tell you you're not evil enough. You then go on a killing spree to prove your evilness, which is quickest by just taking out the various leaders.
My main problem was taking down the guild leader because I couldn't find 1 of 3 key items. But once you did all that, you should be on the path to the evil ending.

You can just spam stealing on npcs to get evil quick and get items/money to set you up better then walk off the wanted away from any guards.

about the 3 keys to unseal the door

1 - guild manager on guild F2
2 - Fred in the under town bar
3 - Amy and/or Merasa in Transmigration Tower 2F

If you already killed any of these people their keys will just appear as item bags in the specified locations

So is it alright to join the magical girl guild first, because I like the dorm and urgent quests, then after that join the demons?

If you have money you can delay joining the guild to buy a few key items like the itempedia 10k each rather than having to do guild quests the npc is in the underground.

On my first run I never joined the guild at all.
