If you cannot connect at all it's usually due to an anti-virus and/or firewall blocking the game from connecting to the internet. Try temporarily disabling it or adding an exception to see if that is the issue.

i got connected Photon EU server with an IP from another country (Luxemburg). O_o
but I will think about a refund. sry.

Sorry that you are experiencing connection issues. We haven't noticed any spikes in disconnections from our hosting provider so I'm not sure if there is anything we can do. It seems likely that there is something about your networking setup (be it software or hardware) that is preventing the connection.

Can you help? Steam wont give me a refund beacuse im meant to have played for nine hours but i havent, because I cant play the game please help

Perhaps trying to isolate the issue could help.

Temporarily disabling your anti-virus / firewalls (to bypass computer security)
Try plugging the computer directly into the modem (to bypass the router)
Try connecting through a mobile hotspot or alternative connection (to bypass the ISP)

Disabling my Firewall seemed to work for me. Thanks
