O2 Delta slowly drops, never recorvers

We have no fires, we have disabled the O2 gen to let the O2 hit zero to extinguish anything we missed
Yet the delta slowly decreases until it goes negative then we run out of O2 anyway

No, O2 generator was active
This wasn't an instant "No fresh O2" change it's slow
The delta lost was approx 1 every 2-3 seconds until it didn't matter if the generator was on or not the delta was the same

Rehosted the game, Delta went back to normal levels then started dropping off again
Jumped to another system and the degredation stopped
Rehosted again in the new system and back to normal
