How Do I Find Missions?

Probably a dumb question, but hey! I am.

Where can I pick up a mission? I'm playing with some fello noobs later and it would be nice to know, if any of you can be as kind to let me know :)

You have to go to location 0 on the starmap, enter the station using your teleporter, find the quest NPCs; Some of them have hoovering stationary fireflies.

1) right side from the customs teleport.
2) in the middle of the big circle room. There are two nps, aside from the patrol bots, that are standing in the service booths, one of them is the quest npc.
3) on the outside of the big circle room, there is a outlet that will lead to another quest NPC. He has a starmap background behind him.
4) another NPC is in the gardens located on the outside of the big circle room and i think sitting behind a statue.
5) in the alley with gun vendors, walk/hoover using jetpack along the edge. There are two nps you can find that are standing in a hidden alley. One of them is a quest NPC that will ask you for some illegal crystals.

Some of the NPCs listed will also give you more quest because its a quest chain kind of thing.

To complete these quest, just go to random planets or you can open up your starmap, zoom all the way out, turn off all the starmap options but missions, and then slowly make your way there.

For the quest that request a sandwich, the sandwich can be found on the other side of the station. You can use the scanner which can be found in the inventory of your scientist to search for the sandwich or you can try buying one from the gun vendors but their inventory is random so it is not a guaranteed item from them.

All ships have teleporters.
