you need to put the poison in the hatch at the top-back of the containment chamber (you should see a ladder)

You can navigate to the Lost Colony page is you want all the endings spoiled.

No, there is no official PULSAR server. This is community-run.

On the back of the pod there is a small hatch by the top where you can put in a syringe or the poison for two different endings. It has a jumbled ladder and needs a jetpack to reach it. A bit unintuitive.
