The map is randomly generated for each run, of course it can't tell you in which system to find the individual cyphers. One is on Karattis. That is the only one with a stable name. The rest always has a different name.
The Sylvassi Cypher Labs also are always in a different spot in the galaxy in every save.
There you can also learn how to do the cyphers. There is a door leading to a cypher chamber with notes.
Good luck!
the wiki does not give any of this infomration that i only figured becuase i have played the game before. a noob to the game would be never figure any of that out. hence the wiki is trash and needs a alot more info
Nothing about it being in the center of the galaxy. Just about it being a research center. And I saw it in more peripheral places very often. I just started 2 games and in the first it was in the middle between center and fringe of the galaxy and in the second it was on the far edge of the galaxy. So I can more than confirm that is spawns randomly in different places every new run.
Just look for a dot that says "Cypher Labs", that is not too much to ask and not rocket science.
Btw many people figured the cyphers out before you, many noobs amongst them. So stop hating on the wiki. Just find the Labs and then look at the explanations there. If you still can't figure out how to solve the puzzles, well, keep on trying. That is what puzzles are about. If everybody could solve them instantly they'd be no puzzles.
And yes, this specific wiki page does not inform you about the galaxy being randomly generated for every new run. But everybody who starts the game twice or plays on two different lobbies will notice that already. It is assumed people know about that already.
There's a room with yellow sprials. You can jumpjet up to the top of that room. Add me, and I'll be happy to help you do any cyphers you run across.
Thank you for the tip in the yellow sprial room! Thought my game was bugged and didn't spawn the controls.
