For Troublemaker there are 3 scenes:
1. In the clean version of the hospital, closer to the beginning of the game, there's a supply closet you can go into. Claire comments that she shouldn't be in there.
2. In General/Building B there's a room with pills in a cabinet. You can take the pills, restoring Claire's health. You can only get the achievement if you do take the pills, I am going to change this to any dialogue option in the next patch.
3. In the beginning of the school if you go into the resource room she talks about stealing supplies. I have seen people skip this entire section of the school.
For "Obviously the Canon Ending":
Obviously the Canon Ending is a NewGame+ only ending that requires very specific actions to take place. It's actually a bad/joke ending of sorts, nobody has figured it out yet, though.
A few hints. It happens at the end of the school, not the end of the game and involves treating Anubis poorly, not well. There is one major decision that treats Anubis poorly, other than that it's avoiding dialogue points where Claire talks to Anubis or playing the game intentionally/unintentionally very poorly and rushing through the game.
That is is a good example for why i wont try to get this ending anymore ^^
But thank you Joshua for these informations. I am relieved that i did not miss anything important.
I visited all the 3 locations you have mentioned and still didnt got the achievement - but i dont mind. The thing important to me was to find out about the alternate ending. I think the title "Obviously the canon ending" is confusing for people like me who dont get the irony. I had to look up the term canon ending and found out that it is a synonym for a "true ending", which would imply an alternate ending to the one waking up in the hospital bed, which is open for many interpretations.
For troublemaker, it worked for me. If you want I can just publish my guide I made for it. S ending will have to be finished later once it's fixed.
A possible reason for not getting the achievement might be something i noticed on my 2nd and last playthrough. After loading a game, several rooms on the map were dark (not green) like i wouldnt have visited them, which i did for certain. When i visited these rooms a second time, events would start as it was my first time in that particular room. For example: I saved at the savepoint after getting back the backpack. When i load the game on the next day, i walked back to make sure not to miss a room or an item. I came across the same hall where the backpack was lying on the floor. Claire starts to say something about finding her backpack... like she hasnt already got it back before.
For me it seems like the parameter for certain rooms which tell the game if Claire already visited or not is set to default after loading a game. This also applies to doors which can only be opened after going through them from the other side - for me this often meant going a long detour instead of going the shortcut after loading a game. Ofc i am only talking about some of the rooms, most of them are not affected by this.
