No extended cut for PC?

I'd like to hear from the developers about this, why is the PC port not given any care and what happened to the 1.1 patch that we were told is coming? It's been almost 2 years since then

that's it? i've looked everywhere online, considering whether to buy the Steam version or not. that's really it?

From what I've heard, having not played the extended cut myself, the map screen pauses now when you use it, and there's a direction on your map marker to help w/ orientation
