Has Anyone Encountered a Bug with Loop 9

After closing and reopening my game, from the loop, i went through until loop 9. however, whenever i got through loop 9, it was loop 9 again, so i was stuck endlessly cycling through loop 9. Before reopening the game, i had got to loop 14 but, because of a bug where if you enter the little handheld console minigame the torch dissapears, I had had to restart to the start of the loop. I've tried everything from restarting the game, to restarting my computer, to going from the Cappie savepoint but i cant get anything to work. Im worried i might have to do a full restart.
