How do I turn off Chrismas Theme?

As the title says; the Xmas theme is extremely annoying and I want to turn it off but can't find any settings; am I missing something?

I think devs should add a switch for seasonal decorations.

Changing the date doesn't work for me as a solution, would screw with my scheduled computer backups. Devs need to add a toggle please.

I just purchased this today, and I have to admit the christmas theme completely ruins the horror vibe.

I just changed the time on my computer by like 30 days, and changed it back when done. That's the only way for now. If you have time-related events on a calendar that would get screwed over, you ~might~ be able to just make a guest profile for your computer and play on that.

Thanks a ton, this worked; I changed the date, opened the game, and then changed back the date while on the main menu and all other apps/sites work properly while disabling the Christmas effect

This feels like a gross oversight from otherwise extremely talented devs - I hope they add an option in-game soon

A pretty bad oversight to essentially ruin the atmosphere of the game, without implementing a toggle for it, right around the launch and when the game quickly became hugely popular.
