They seem to be an easter egg, one on every level and it changes each play through. Just a for fun thing I think?

I've found quite a few in various spots throughout the game.. like one behind the grandfather clock in the chapter with Tiny Mita and another in the bathroom during a chapter I can't remember.

They are called SecretMita, they are scattered around the versions and rooms. You dont really get anything for finding them.

Cut content. The game had to be rushed for its release date so there are many unexplained things left out in the final release. Besides the cans (which can be found in every single chapter, as far as I know), there is the crying (probably Ghost Mita's) you hear in the bathroom in one of the first chapters of the game, the baby-crying-sound area in the big room with the dummies with the ladder in the center, Crazy Mita's reflection in the same area (probably an Easter Egg), the increasingly loud-and-clear railroad crossing sounds you hear at Mila's bathroom when turning on and off the switch repeatedly, the books in Mila's kitchen being interactable for apparently no reason, the huge secret room in Mila's kitchen (Easter Egg), the mini person that immediately runs to the corner and sit and won't move at all, the hard-to-see and ominous-sound-making monster at the open area where Crazy Mita throws a fridge at you (Easter Egg, most likely), etc. I believe most of these will be explained with each new update.

Not my proudest find, but those eyes are on uniform mitas panties too.. lmao, but yeah i've seen 3 can-message things so far but I haven't progressed much either (just got to doll underwater passage thing)

Woahhhh this is all stuff I didn't even know about!! I might have to do another playthrough just to see. Thanks for sharing all this !

Feels like most the stuff he said doesn't happen though or maybe its 2nd playthrough exclusive, i've wasted a lot of hours of just sitting around and exploring every inch of stuff every room change + looking around in photo mode and haven't really found these easter eggs despite seeing videos on a few, unless they just have a very short window of time then yeah I've probably missed them all :(

@Cold_Blade Just checked, and nope, everything I mentioned is still there. I'd argue though that Ghost Mita's crying more than cut content or Easter Egg is just... there for the lolz of being scary, since it happens right after you get the flashlight from the kitchen and Crazy Mita shows you her true side. (I thought it happened before).
Also, I don't believe it's paythrough count dependent, since I remember experiencing all of them (except the secret room in Mila's kitchen, because why would I check every wall in the game) in my first playthrough.

Suppose i'm just blind then, only thing i noticed at the start was a hand waving at you in the sink window some time before? you grab the flashlight, even tried walking down the looping hallway thats right before the racing minigame to try and see the creature thing, evil smile mita wasn't reflecting in the underwater passage for me either, and after reading your comment I tried hard to find a ominous sounding monster in the part where she tosses a fridge.. literally for so long I didn't see or hear anything unless your talking about the part when your walking to the exit and mid-way the music changes which i still didn't noticing anything xD

I've been trying to jump on photo mode when I think something might appear since that pauses the game, maybe my timing just sucks
