"Hi, Mita" Achievement unlocked in-game but not on Steam

I can see that this issue of in-game achievements not translating from the game to steam has been a problem for multiple players. For me, I had both the achievements "Dead Juice" and "Accelerate" in-game but not on Steam. It wasn't a big deal for those though, since I could just go to the chapters and redo the needed actions for the achievements. But the "Hi, Mita" achievement is unlocked after collecting all the Mita cartridges, which I have done. I can't go back and get them again to proc the Steam achievement since I already have them. Any idea how to get the achievement to translate to Steam? Or is my 100% Steam completion just completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥?

that one only triggers on the steam once you "finish" the game. You need to "finish" it again (play last checkpoint)

I already did that and nothing happens, I still have the same problem, it's the only achievement I need to have 100%

i have a different problem that the dummy cartridge that i picked up isn't in my inventory, so i can never get the last achievement anymore.

That's even weirder than what I was experiencing. I've had trouble with Steam achievements not unlocking before, but I don't really know how to help with this since it sounds like an in-game problem
