[Major spoilers] What do the flies leading to the 4th battery imply?

At the beginning of the game, player need to find 4 batteries for transportation machine.
The 4th battery is in the fridge and needs player to leave the kitchen and return.
There are flies leading to and gather around a bag nearby the fridge. What does this imply?

I want your opinions, and I shall give my own first.
The bag might contain body of the short-hair Mita who likes mischief. It is known that the rooms we are in at first. belongs to the short-hair Mita. She does some trick so our transportation is interrupted. Also, it is very strange that fixing her fridge magnets is one of the requirements for staying with crazy Mita.
So I think that when the player picks up the fridge magnets, crazy Mita might have been there already. Then owner of the rooms, the short-hair Mita, are very likely to have been victimized.
Together with the flies around the bag, the most scary guess is that her body is abandoned in the bag.
