I've cleared up the confusion surrounding Loli Mita! She strongly hints that another player is to blame for her scars, but the character description blames Crazy Mita. However, there is cartridge of player that "Did terrible things(maimed Loli) for her (Mad Mita)"!

"Loli" is just a slang term among anime/manga fans, which simply refers to little anime girls. And that's not gonna go away any time soon just to make a few sensitivity readers happy.
