Latest versions probably a few days/weeks old, oldest versions like Ugly and 2D I'd say 2-3 years old ?

Been trying to see how to think about that for a while since it's the same case with navis in battle network
But what I think is, Mita is a program with the mind of a somewhat adult, a crazy and stupid adult, but still, she was made as one, so I guess she's one

I think she's 19 due to versions of game.
Like, 1.9 = 19. One version - one year.
Even in version 0.9 with ugly Mita she looks younger
