have you read the character profile for small mita? it kinda changes the perspective on resetting her a lot.
no i mean her character profile in the main menu.
the reason she is like that isn't because a player beat her up, it's because she got reset so many times already that she can't properly reform anymore.
there is no reason to believe there is a difference between reset by death and reset by console. her files are just corrupted.
Also, btw guys, there's a mod you can download to restore her to her undamaged form. It's super cute and one of the first ones that many people got - as well as one of the first ones developed (even if not the literal first).
Just don't be surprised if you accidentally make the problem worse instead of better.
common sense is a pretty good reason. why code it twice if you are the game creator?
there would be an argument for there being a difference if one of the methods retained their memories or anything like that, but both don't. it's the same thing except activated via the console commands instead of game mechanics.
the only reason you use the core method vs the death method in game is because the player can't win in a fight.
