♦Needy Streamer Overload - A game where you manage your streamer girlfriend's life, but she has Borderline Personality Disorder. Many twisted endings.
♦Doki Doki Literature Club - If visual novels are your thing. Another game with a twisted heroine.
If I remember more, I'll let you know.
♦Yume Nikki - Be it the RPG Maker one or the 2018 reimagination. Here you adventure youself in the lucid dreams of the protagonist. There is no story explicit story telling, just scenarios that represent something in an ambiguous way.
♦Lacey's games - Visual adventure games where you'll explore the girlhood trauma of Lacey.
♦Milk Inside a Bag of Milk Inside a Bag of Milk - I haven't played that one, but it appears in multiple "I can fix her" memes. Seems interesting, honestly.
♦White Day A Labyrinth Name School - The plot is interesting and has an anime style to certain degree, but the scare factor of this game is the janitor and the janitor only. A stalker type enemy whichs makes the progression much slower.
♦Fatal Frame games - Although not that similar to this game, it's an anime style game to a certain degree. It has a pessimistic story telling. Perfect if you're searching for a more narrative experience but not at the level of visual novels.
♦Corpse Party games: After a ritual goes wrong, a group of friends gets summoned to an abandoned elementary school where multiple children were murdered and they're there as vengeful spirits. The story is interesting. Although, think of it more as a visual novel since it's very text heavy.
A game that never ends

Also, there is Slay the Princess!, but it's a very different kind of game. With the only real similarities being that it's also a love story and has some yandere-esque moments in it.

Lastly, sticking with the yandere theme we have this one:

Small indie game, takes about three hours to complete and is purely a visual novel. Can't remember if it has choices or not (since it's been years) but it's short and sweet.
