It should be your system time. I even double checked, and the clocks in this level should show the same time as your system.

For anyone else stuck: do the clocks on the walls if they're different from your system time like they were for me, Totally ignore the second hand. If you try and line all three hands up, it won't work, just set up the hour and the minute hand and the second hand will automatically snap to where it needs to be when you put it down you'll also know immediately if it worked!

Even if I do it to my time or theirs, it won't work. I tried switching the minute and hour hand but nothing's working out. I'm gonna take a break. Maybe there's a patch or it'll fix itself to my system, but I worked it for a good 15 minutes and I'm too tired. Let me know if anyone figured out why it's doing that.

I spent a solid 10 minutes on this part and even pulled up a clock site to try to match my time with it....
