There is a word called "Everyday life" which means Peaceful mode.
If you mean like an LLM A.I. then no because LLMs frequently go off-script for a variety of reasons that may entail the user leading them off script or there just being something in the model that causes it to go weird. ...while this sounds like something that Crazy Mita would do, the actual real-world manifestation of this isn't really inline with her character and how it goes off-script in the game world.
...if you mean a traditional character A.I. ...yeah, probably but it would take a lot of work and you'd need to have an even better concept of making words dynamically interactive than the developer of Baba Is You in order to make it work well. That's not really impossible, since the developers have shown that they can at least work with a variety of genres successfully, but there is still some new territory to explore there that I don't know if they or anyone could actually easily navigate. Coming up with believable chatting via manually crafting a character A.I. that isn't too dismissive, is a lot more involved than just making a game where the rules can be rewritten while playing the game.
That would be amazing.
I was genuinely surprised by just how good the AI was in the conversations. It didn't just give dialogue options, but made you type in convos/chat-up lines.
So, yes, I think your suggestion could really add to the game if handled correctly.
so what was the game name i've never heard of it
Looked through a YouTuber's playlist and found it, Rockstar Life Simulator.
Here's a vid of him playing it and the AI chatting starts at around 17:30 mins in:
