In case you haven't found this one yet, there's a book on the bookshelf in the living room (room with the tv) that has a title which is composed of what looks like code. I'll give you a hint: it's actually hexadecimal code that can translated to human-readable text by using a certain type of hex decoding.

btw if you play the racing game before interacting with kind mita she will be angry
and if you wait for kind mita and ignore cool mita and dont interact with her she will get offended (will work if you dont approach her sitting on the bed)

In the very start of the game when you first get transported to the dark version 1.5, when entering the kitchen, you can see a hand waving at you from outside the window.

(You later find out it is a short haired Mita that's messing with you as she likes to bully people)

In the wide open area with the floor being water where all the endomita bots chase you, first run into the center light and turn your back to them to paralyze them all, and then if you look to the right of the ladder you will see a dark blotch on the ground, get close and look at it to see crazy mita watching you with her usual sinister face.

If you take out the fly game at different points in the game some of the Mitas will have different reactions. Microphone mita in the trolly who tells you to leave will comment on you playing tetris and cool mita will take the game from you. There are probably others but i have not tested all of them.

When she first spawns in, you can see it for just a few frames when you turn around. Even if you use a freecam mod.

When your vision's glitching and she's leading you to the bathroom, you can only see the evil grin with freecam.

Ugly Mita giving you the version and Index (supposedly from crazy Mita, due to the way she talks) of some other Mita, doesnt know it its random but she gave me version 0.8A and index 8?544*. Testin it, she keeps the 0.8A and 8?5 constant but the rest gets corrupted and random

Very first starting room has journal near the mirror with the words 'Welcome to the XYЙ'. It's probably a reference to the 'Welcome to NHK' anime, where main character wore the T-shirt with this last word (which also means rude word in Russian).

In the photo mode you can read titles of the books, which can't be seen otherwise. A book, hidden on top of a kitchen shelf has a title 'How to kill them all'.
