I thing the english translation doesn't always match the japanese audio.
I heard and believe I saw some parts of asmon's stream where there's a misplaced letter once and a few times where the character doesn't aay exactly the right thing.
I remember a mita saying "Yahoo" but the subtitles say "salutations."
And I really liked the voice actress, I might follow her on twitter now.

aside from the fact that "salutations" is a perfectly good translation of "yahoo", it's also extremely common in media for there to simply not be translations of all spoken languages to all subtitle languages.

most of the time if you have japanese language + english subtitles you will get the same subtitles as from the english spoken text, not an actual translation of the japanese.

if you are only picking up on things like yahoo and not proper nouns/verbs i wouldn't worry about it.

You first need to remember that both japanese and english versions are most likely the translations of the original russian script.

The ones I saw was "classic shows" when it should be "anime", and when asking about the uniform she says "I don't need it" but its subtitle is just "No", losing a bit of context. I didn't do it was a russian script though, it def explains it.

Check online yourself, I did and the japanese to english translation was wrong.

it's not wrong. it doesn't exist. that's different. try to put the game on russian spoken text and see if the english subtitles change, they almost certainly won't.

aside from that, online translators also get japanese wrong more often than they get it right. especially with a word like "yahoo" that relies even more heavily on intonation and context for it's meaning than a regular japanese sentence.

im pretty sure the japanese audio got localizated into "japanese". Other than that the english subs have quite a few mistakes.

Two more instances, when playing the Milk Kombat game, if you win, in Russian Mita says "Your fingers are something else", and I heard people say that the Japanese dub says the same, but English text goes like "That's some skill". Similarly, if you lose, in Russian Mita says "I kicked the white liquid out of you", but in English it's "I mopped the floor with you".
