Дядь,подучи экономику,особенно тему "Налоги", Путину не идут деньги с налогов,их распределяет другой гос.орган. (и эти деньги не идут Путину,а разрабам (НДС не считается,это только для россиян)).

А ещё лучше,не прикасаться политики в игре,где её,собственно,и нет.
