Is this a superliminal horror game?

I am getting mixed feelings about it oberall. Trailer was cool and creepy, making me think this is some sort of Inscryption type of the game, which poses as one thing and then completely pulls the rug from under you.

Yet looking at reviews and community posts I feel like I am reading something about your regular coomer title. What is it, then?

I am not familiar with the term "coomer title" but if you're referring to the liminal room phenomenon there are aspects of that it seems like when getting from one point to another.

I do have a question though. How do I acquire the other outfits available on the Menu, such as the Halloween costume, etc?

the Halloween costume is from a pumpkin simon-says mini-game.
the school outfit is just interacting with the one on the wardrobe while on the tour at the start.
