If you can't connect with either alias or external IP, then it is most likely some software running on your local computer that is blocking access to the program. Try removing firewall rules and re-running it. Windows should automatically prompt you to allow access. If not, manually add an exception for C:\Program Files (x86)\Fantasy Grounds\FantasyGrounds.exe.
