Call of Cthulhu is at 7th Edition, and you can buy it, get modules/adventures for it, supplements like pulp Cthulthu, but no Achtung Cuthulhu as that is by a different publisher. Warhammer Fantasy 4th Edition isn't on Fantasy Grounds, I don't even think there is a mod for it on MoreCore. The thing about Fantasy Grounds is you don't just get the rules and an online environment to play with your group, you also get a bucket load of automation that helps with dice rolls, skill checks, etc, and everything is simply drag and drop.
As for 3rd Ed and 1st Ed, It's rare for a VTT to support older gaming systems unless they are D&D, like 2nd Ed 3.5, etc.
You can't do anything for Warhammer Fantasy as there would be nothing close to what you need for the character sheet.
As there is no SRD (free version) for Cthulhu, you would need to by the 7th Edition ruleset for about $25 to get the 7th Edition character sheets, and if you spend the money to get that, you may as well just use 7th Edition as it will take you 15 mins to create characters drag and drop vs 2 hours trying to type everything in manually to revert to 3rd Ed. Plus the two modules for Cthulhu are like 99c so why spend days setting up your games, making your maps etc, when you can get the whole thing done for you for next to nothing.
Cheers,
Rotten
