Pair with the Anti Magic Axe (3 star for 100% dispel, 2 turn CD) that dispels on attack and the Judgement bell Tarot that dispels 2 attribute buffs from random enemy at end of turn, and she can rip off 5 buffs in a turn.
Flare also has a rank 1 attack, Suppressive Blow, that would be neat if everything wasn't immune to "control, disrupt" debuffs. It's 110% single target and stacks 3 debuffs that block reaction, active, and passive skills.
New character Edda has a Dispel Arrow skill which also removes buffs
Bell Tarot is your best and easy to get bet (within 2 tiles at the end of the characters turn it removes 2 buffs from the enemy), other than that Edda is VERY good at doing that (dispell arrow, removes 2 buffs before auto attacking) or dantalion Dawnlight (turns 2 buffs on enemy into random debuffs)
I felt dumb that I missed Gloria having that, but not so much when I looked and it's something she gets at level 55. That's a ways off.
I only did 10 pulls on Dantalion's banner, didn't get him. Would be nice to have Edda, but I feel like I should save my resources for someone better.
For now, Butterfly will be my lead dispel. Thanks for the help, y'all.
