For the Sand Made Scale SoD event, it's required for you to run the merchant route to complete that event's tasks. You will need to get a beacon from the event to start that route.
So it's recommended to finish your Dawn run first then start the Sand Made Scale event.
Normally if you skip stories and just do battles, there's only about 50+ weeks per run. So it's technically possible to finish a full run within a day. But it's not recommended for 1st timer to skip stories, and you have 30 days to finish the event, so... take your time, you should be able to finish them if you're playing daily. Just don't go hiatus for 30 days and it won't be a problem.
For the Fool's Journey event, the catch is just clearing stages. So all you need to do is repeating a stage you finished over and over and over again and it will be counted. You don't have to do new stages nor have to spend stamina to complete that one.
For the Sand made Scale story event. You will need to farm points to unlock the rewards. So that one will require you to use quite the amount of stamina per day, especially if you start late and need to catch up with the dateline.
