Any one know how to unlock this dialouge?

On the quest "Aiding the King's Army" Or something like that. I kinda not remember
That you meeting safiyyah for the first time on every run.

There is an locked dialouge
"Peace - this is what the sword of convallaria strives for, too"

I want to know how to unlock or what it's lead to?

I'm also curious about how some dialogue is locked and what needs to change for it to be available. I'm guessing it's either dialogue reserved for after your first run, or dependent on making different choices earlier. That's how these things tend to go.

Start with the Iria beacon.
You unlock the beacon with the lowest Iria ending, the one where you successfully side with Inanna and Edda.

This is something you do after your first run, and if you already chose a different faction, you have to do that a second time? Right now, I have the original Witnesses to the Tragedy along with Rescue in the Long Night (Order), Radiant Judgment (Papal), and Burning Flag of Iria (King's Army).

So just start with Burning Flag of Iria right?

My first run was with Iria but as I remember at that time this choice was also locked but I was so also build relation with Union too. maybe that's why it's locked.

but I decided to go with other faction first before comeback to collect more Iria ending.
