Choice based story progression SPOILER

I think in week 18 or so you are tasked with aiding the Hanged Men against a Darklight assault. After the battle in the converation with Safiyyah you can either answer with "..." or "Peace, that's what the Sword of Convallaria strives for too".

My question here is, what do I need to do to unlock the second answer?
I am already in my fourth cycle, having done 2 Iria routes, 1 bad ending and I am currently in my first Union route.

Start with the Iria beacon - I don't know if there's other ways.
You unlock the beacon with the lowest Iria ending, the one where you successfully side with Inanna and Edda.

Coincidentally I did this ending before I started my current one.
I actually never came across this cutscene with this beacon, I will give it a try.

Oh man, i choosed Union, by like a good oblivious choose, for we are half friend of second prince. But its dont like enjoyable for me
