Fastest way to increase voyager level?
I'm not allowed to start chapter 4 of The Fool's Journey until I reach voyager level 29. I'm currently at 26. This is the first time the game prevented me from progressing. I know there's plenty of Crossing Worlds stages that give voyager experience, but I don't know which are the fastest and most efficient that can be endlessly farmed. I already know the tower and Spiral of Destinies don't contribute to voyager xp. Hard stage variants give 0. What did you do to get past this?

Do any of the missions you haven't attempted yet in both Crossing Worlds and Fool's Journey, there's a bonus for first time completion. Hard mode stuff doesn't grant exp.

You get exp for completing dailies too, so save some energy for the next day if you hit 100. Personally I'll be ranking up Memory Retrieval for a pittance of experience but also to get some Maitha shards so hopefully I can get her to 5. Also anything with a rewardx1 seems to grant more experience, so pop those too.

Everything you spend energy on gives voyager exp equivalent to the energy, the only efficiency is in using the energy on good resources. Its not clear to me what the most useful resource grind it at level 27-28, but its probably Weapon or Tarot materials. Those are the most difficult of the farm stages to farm though.
Energy spent is the voyager level gained, so everything is equally efficient.
Do your first time clears of everything, do the daily bonuses for Ores and stars. Do your daily attempts at character shards.
Doing this should be plenty but if you need more guidance you should always be following the Voyage momento quests. Specifically the green and purple ones. The blue ones at the top will auto complete once you finish the blue ones

It would currently appear that the fastest/most efficient seems to be Fool's but clearly they don't want you to endlessly grind that. So, I've actually been running through most things when they unlock for the first time rewards if nothing else. I would also highly recommend going through Clash if you have somewhat decent units or at least auto-setting a defense. All the materials you gather are useful for upgrades/progression so I don't think you can go wrong. The trap would be spending in-game currency on energy refills: I wouldn't do that unless you are very close to leveling otherwise simply not worth missing out on a summon (but ngl rates are atrocious). Even upgraded commons and rares get far better at higher levels though if you're not able to pull any legends.

Just hit 29 from daily experience on the 7th day. Still 0 dollars spent. Seethe.

1stamina = 1 exp
1stamina refreshes in 4 mins
120 stamina from logins

=>

360exp from stamina regeneration
300exp from daily quests
120exp from daily logins

=780exp/day

This isn't correct or what I asked. I don't need stamina and I don't have trouble with stamina. What I asked was where the most efficient place to get it would be.

He told you that tho, "it's 1:1 based on stamina used". But if you are asking literally, then the fastest way to level up is Star Trial I, it's a quick way to get 40xp, which is 33% faster per map cleared than those other 30xp maps.

Have you been doing the Voyage Memento thing, cos I haven't gotten more than part way through chapter One of The Fools Journey and I'm at VL 23.

I've been getting extra Voyager EXP tickets from Voyage Memento, Destiny Traces and other quest line achievements so make sure you are getting all your rewards. There's a lot of menus with a lot of potential rewards to pull from.

I also got one 50 exp ticket from Clash, so there's a ton of options

As of this post, I am on Phase III of Voyage Momento and have done everything on it except, "Upgrade at least 1 Destroyer character to Rank 4." I don't have a legendary destroyer, so I'm reluctant to waste resources on anymore epics. I'm on the cusp of level 29, so I guess it can wait.

If you have her Night Raven is a decent Epic Destroyer that has AoE attack skills and a powerful life drain move.

Noted, and I do have Night Raven, although I already reached level 29. I tried to bring Nightingale, my best epic healer, to Weaponry Trial II stage 4 and she just gets blasted before her turn no matter what. Kinda coloring in how I feel about epic rarity usability. She'll probably survive the hit with another 10 levels, upgrades, or decent equipment she shouldn't be wearing, but as is, I don't need to use epics for anything.

You get plenty of rank up materials and experience, so there's really no waste. And a lot of epic characters are very good, your character probably died because they were naked or Rank 1. And Angel should be your best epic healer, the game gives you her 5* for free.
There's later missions that want 2-3 of each type leveled and ranked up. You should clear all of the Voyager missions ASAP, they give a lot of rank exp, legendary gear and characters and epic characters. Also for Voyage Momento missions when you clear all of the green ones it will also auto clear the blue ones, and the blue ones are generally just stamina dumps and inefficient so this is nice.

You actually generally don't want to waste currency on things you don't plan to use BUT voyage missions are exclusion which bypass this rule due to the general importance of becoming higher account level.

You can technically level some remotely useful ones however like Flame Sorc and/or Abyss out of destroyer class as f2p if you didn't get Beryl/Dantalion since there is eventually 2nd tower which requires 2 teams of different characters(can't use same in both battles). And 2 teams for f2p generally means that most f2p will be using at least some SR.

Reason why you generally want to avoid 'wasting' is because eventually you DO run out of breakthrough currency. After ~3-4 characters completed of certain class you will have to choose which currency you farm(higher rarity or lower rarity) to actually keep leveling more of said class(usually highest problem being watcher class) which can lead to situations where you don't have means of breaking through a good new SSR character you might have rolled after the fact.
